This role is primarily relating to the Concept Global brand in our portfolio.
Concept Global makes travel bags with anti-theft features built in. Our sling and crossbody bags are the hero category and drive most of our revenue, sold through two Shopify stores and Amazon, and fulfilled through three 3PLs across the US, EU, and the Far East.
Getting the right stock to the right place at the right time is what keeps that supply chain running. We're hiring a Demand Planner & Forecasting Analyst to own that.
What you'll do
- Improve and maintain demand forecasts across our sales channels
- Analyse channel performance and flag risk before it becomes a stockout or an overstock
- Improve our forecasting models as we double in scale
- Work with Commercial, Marketing, and the rest of Operations to keep inventory decisions grounded in real demand

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Working with us
- We move fast and we ship often. More repetitions mean more chances to learn and get it right, so we test, measure, and improve constantly rather than waiting for perfect information.
- You'll have real ownership here. We're a small team, so your work has a direct line to what gets stocked, sold, and shipped.
- The team is fully remote and works flexibly across time zones. We care about the forecast being right, not about when or where you did the work to get there. Join us if you're looking for something truly impactful.
