Description
Great People Work Here.
How would you like to be part of exciting innovation pipelines, working with incredible international teams all dedicated to the evolution of a proud 300-year-old brand?
TwiningsOvo, International Markets (IM), operate across 100 exciting global markets, coming together to create the next generation of exquisite tea & Ovaltine ranges. Our teams operate in highly entrepreneurial commercial environments, suited to those who love business challenges and want to have a significant impact.
Here in IM, you’ll develop cross-cultural leadership skills quickly, leading projects across diverse, inclusive, and multi-cultural teams. If you’re a team player, dedicated to your craft, you’ll be sure to grow personally and professionally, taking advantage of the incredible career opportunities across our global TwiningsOvo network.
The IM Demand Planning Manager is a vital role in our dynamic and growing business. You will manage forecasting for circa 100 markets and 450 SKUs sourced from 6 plants (Tea, Ovaltine, Ovaltine Biscuits, and RTD Ice Tea). This role is ideal for someone who thrives on working across multiple functions, regions, and stakeholders, and can adapt to diverse market capabilities and sizes.
There are two main purposes for the volume forecast output you will produce. The first responsibility is to reflect Market/SKU-level demand into the IM P&L; this will cover 2 fiscal years, based on latest market updates aligned with the IM commercial teams. The second purpose is to provide the supply centres and manufacturing sites with an unconstrained demand forecast to facilitate production planning and purchasing. The demand planning cycle requires monthly forecast updates and submissions to the planning teams, which facilitate the Sales and Operations Planning process (S&OP).

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
