Your Tasks

  • Manage demand planning across S&OP, product forecasting, promotions, launches, and forecast enrichment.
  • Maintain accurate forecasts over the planning horizon, including short-term adjustments with PLIR and planning tools.
  • Collaborate with Centres of Excellence via BAP to review demand plans, identify constraints, and optimise service and costs.
  • Maintain planning systems and master data, including product profiles and lifecycle management.
  • Perform monthly forecast cleansing using local market insights and partner with Demand Analysts for data accuracy.
  • Build strong relationships with Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, NPI, Demand Analytics, and Customer Service.
  • Conduct monthly forecast reviews with Demand Analysts, addressing exceptions and adjusting forecasts.
  • Enhance statistical forecasts by integrating market intelligence, customer insights, promotions, and demand drivers.
  • Lead demand planning for new product launches, refining forecasts with data and stakeholder input.
  • Manage phase-in/phase-out planning aligning with milestones, listings, and relaunches.
  • Coordinate promotional demand planning with Sales and Supply Chain to include promotional volumes.
  • Support S&OP by identifying risks, aligning forecasts cross-functionally, and providing data insights.
  • Use Forecast Value Add analysis with Demand Analysts to improve forecasting.
  • Drive excess and obsolete inventory reduction with local stakeholders to optimise stock and reduce waste.

Your Profile

  • Experience in Demand Planning, Supply Chain Planning, Forecasting, or S&OP environments.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, challenge assumptions, and drive informed decision-making.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
  • Experience working with planning systems and demand forecasting tools.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
