About the Role:

As a Demand Planning Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in shaping Ferrero's demand forecast across the UK & Ireland, ensuring our products are available for customers at the right time while maintaining optimal freshness and supply chain efficiency. Working as part of the Demand Planning team, you will analyse sales trends, customer demand and market intelligence to build accurate short, medium and long-term forecasts that support our Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process.

You'll work with a portfolio of brands and collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain and Customer Development teams to understand changing demand patterns, promotional activity and new product launches. By transforming data into actionable insight, you'll help drive better business decisions, improve forecast accuracy and support the successful delivery of Ferrero's commercial plans.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain accurate demand forecasts across your product portfolio, ensuring they reflect the latest sales activity, market trends, promotional plans and business assumptions.
  • Review forecasts, analyse forecast performance against budget and historical trends, and identify both risks and opportunities that could impact product availability or customer service.
  • Play an integral part in Ferrero's monthly Demand Consensus and Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) processes, preparing analysis, supporting forecast reviews and contributing to business discussions that align demand with supply capabilities.
  • Ensure new product launches, seasonal campaigns and promotional activity are accurately reflected within the demand plan.
  • Use systems including SAP APO, Demantra and Microsoft Excel, to produce meaningful reporting and analysis to monitor forecast accuracy, identify areas for continuous improvement and support better decision-making across the wider Supply Chain.
  • Contribute to budget planning, scenario modelling and demand planning improvements, helping to strengthen forecasting capability and optimise business performance.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
