You will contribute to the effective delivery and timely completion of projects in alignment with commercial goals, applying appropriate implementation approaches based on delivery concepts, consulting tools and methodologies. • Internal Contribution – Campaign development, internal think-tanks, whitepapers, practice development (operations, recruitment, team events & activities), offering development
  • Learning & Development – Training to support your career development and the skills demand within the company, certifications etc.

You have a deep knowledge of supply chain planning processes, specifically:

  • Demand forecasting and planning (sell in, sell out, sell through)
  • Demand elements of Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) or Integrated Business Planning (IBP)
  • Work experience in Consumer Products, Manufacturing, Retail, Automotive or other product-based industry (e.g. Life Sciences) in a planning role – or – seasoned consultant advising clients on how to improve their planning processes.
  • Consultancy experience – currently or previously working in a major Consulting firm; or having ‘internal consulting’ experience in industry.
  • A history of delivery in supply chain improvement and projects, as well as delivering creative but realistic solutions to client problems.
  • An active, well-informed, knowledge of the Consumer Product, Retail, Manufacturing or Automotive sectors and an opinion on key trends, as well as a history of rapid career progression.

  • Experience in consultancy methods and approaches, learned through either working for a consulting organisation or via project implementation with a Retailer, global CP organisation, Manufacturing, Automotive or Life Sciences industry.
  • Proven ability to be successful in a matrixed organisation, and to enlist support and commitment from peers in selling and delivering consulting solutions.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
