The Role

NEOM Wellbeing is looking for a Demand Planning Manager to join us on a fixed-term basis for approximately 12 months, based out of our central London office. This is a genuinely exciting opportunity to take individual ownership of the demand planning function for a global wellbeing brand, working closely with Commercial, Marketing and senior leadership to shape our forecast horizon and acting as the key decision-maker across our business planning process.

  • You'll own the end-to-end demand forecasting and IBP cycle, being accountable for forecast accuracy and BIAS performance, and leading the meeting framework that drives consensus across the business.
  • The role also carries people management responsibility, with an Assistant Demand Planner reporting into you, and gives you a genuine platform to shape strategy, systems and ways of working, with your voice represented at Operations Director and Executive level.

Why NEOM Wellbeing?

We are proud to have been recognised by The Sunday Times as one of the Best Places to Work two years running, and it is something we work hard to deserve. NEOM Wellbeing is a B Corp certified business on a mission to supercharge the wellbeing of our communities and our planet with 100% natural fragrances, and we bring that same energy to looking after our own people.

  • Alongside a monthly product allowance and generous staff discount, we offer enhanced healthcare coverage, extra wellbeing days, your birthday off, time to volunteer, and enhanced maternity entitlement.
  • We are a business with real purpose, genuine values, and a team that lives them. If you are a Good Egg who will Challenge the Status Quo and knows that Attitude is Everything, we would love to hear from you.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
