Demand & Supply Planner – Brough - £38,000 - £40,000

Elevation Recruitment Group are proud to be supporting a rapidly growing business in Brough who are looking to recruit a Demand & Supply Planner to join their team.

It’s a very exciting time to join as the business has recently expanded its operations overseas, and this newly created key role will play a huge part in supporting the business with influencing decisions and improving planning processes across the supply chain function.

Working Hours / Benefits

  • Full-time Monday to Friday
  • Up to 10% Bonus (Company performance related)

The Role

  • Developing and maintaining demand forecasts at SKU and channel level
  • Analysing historical sales data, including trends, seasonality and promotions
  • Collaborating with Sales and Marketing teams to refine forecasts
  • Supporting new product launches and managing product phase-outs
  • Creating supply plans aligned to demand, capacity and business objectives
  • Monitoring inventory levels and recommending actions to reduce risk

The Person

  • Strong analytical skills (MS Excel) with the ability to interpret data and trends
  • Previous experience within a supply chain position
  • Strong communication skills
