As a Demi Chef de Partie, you'll play a key role in preparing and presenting high-quality dishes, taking ownership of your designated kitchen section, and supporting the kitchen leadership team to deliver exceptional food with consistency and creativity. Working alongside experienced chefs, you'll have the opportunity to develop your skills, mentor junior team members, contribute ideas for seasonal menus and specials, and build your expertise in a fast-paced, professional kitchen. With Marriott's commitment to learning and development, this role offers an excellent pathway towards becoming a Chef de Partie.
