Four Seasons Hotel London at Park Lane is seeking a Demi Chef de Partie to join our Main Kitchen team, supporting both Banqueting and In Room Dining operations.

The role
As a Demi Chef de Partie, you will support the day to day operation of the Main Kitchen, working across Banqueting and In Room Dining services.
You will assist with preparation, production, and service, ensuring dishes are delivered to the highest standards of quality, consistency, and presentation. This role is ideal for a chef looking to further develop their skills within a luxury hotel environment while gaining exposure to high volume events and personalised dining experiences.
Working closely with the Chef de Partie and senior culinary team, you will play an important role in maintaining smooth kitchen operations and delivering exceptional food experiences.
What you will do
- Support the preparation and execution of dishes for Banqueting and In Room Dining
- Assist with mise en place, service preparation, and stock rotation
- Maintain high standards of food quality, consistency, and presentation
- Ensure all food hygiene, HACCP, and health and safety procedures are followed
- Support the Chef de Partie in managing a smooth and organised section
- Contribute to an efficient and collaborative kitchen environment
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of workstations and kitchen areas
- Assist with the training and support of junior team members when required
What we are looking for
- Previous experience as a Demi Chef de Partie, Commis Chef, or similar role within a quality driven kitchen
- Passion for food and hospitality
- Strong understanding of kitchen operations and food safety standards
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast paced environment
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Good spoken English
- Right to Work in the UK
What to expect
- Full time position based on a 40 hour working week
- Five shifts per week across a rotating schedule
- Exposure to both Banqueting and In Room Dining operations
- Flexibility required across mornings, evenings, weekends, and public holidays
