About The Role
The Chef de Partie is responsible for food preparation. Your primary duties include:
- Preparing food before service begins
- Setting up and stocking kitchen stations
- Plating cooked foods
- Setting up the kitchen prior to a restaurant opening
- Preparing and looking after your station in the kitchen
- Cooking a specific portion of each plated meal
- Cleaning the kitchen before the restaurant closes
- Wrapping unused items and storing them in proper areas at the end of a shift
- Plating food creatively following the restaurant standards
- Supervising the junior team

About You
- Flexibility to work 54 hours over 4 days per week
- Luxury hospitality experience.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A strong desire to learn and develop a career within luxury hospitality
- Relevant knowledge of Tom Kerridge’s work
- Flexibility to work varied hours - 54 hours over 4 days’ work schedule
- Ability and resilience to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
- Pride and attention to detail in your work
- Confidence & professionalism when interacting with high profile guests
- Must be fluent in English
- Artistic abilities
- Articulate and imaginative
- Minimum of 3 years work experience
- NVQ Level 3 or equivalent
- Food Hygiene Certificate, Food Safety Level 2
- Competition certificate or awards for cooking
- HACCP
