Position Summary

Job Role
Are you passionate about food and eager to take the next step in your culinary career? We are looking for a talented and enthusiastic Demi Chef de Partie (casual) to join our dynamic kitchen team. In this role, you will support the Chef de Partie in the preparation and presentation of high-quality dishes, ensuring consistency, creativity, and exceptional standards at every service. You will have the opportunity to develop your skills in a fast-paced environment, work with fresh ingredients, and contribute to memorable dining experiences for our guests. What you'll do
- Prepare, cook, and present dishes to the highest standard.
- Support the smooth operation of your assigned kitchen section.
- Ensure food safety, hygiene, and quality standards are consistently maintained.
- Work collaboratively with the wider kitchen team to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
