Labombe by Trivet, a partnership between the team behind two Michelin-Starred restaurant Trivet and COMO Metropolitan London, based on Park Lane, Mayfair.

Labombe by Trivet is a one Michelin-Starred wine-forward restaurant; an evolution of the original bar concept created by Co-Founders, Michelin Starred Chef Jonny Lake and Master Sommelier Isa Bal. We’re on the lookout for a Demi Chef de Partie who is proactive, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced, team-driven kitchen. As a Demi Chef de Partie, you will assist in the preparation and presentation of high-quality dishes, working closely with the Chef de Partie and Sous Chef to ensure smooth and efficient kitchen operations. You will uphold the highest standards of food safety, hygiene, and culinary excellence.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven experience as a Demi Chef de Partie or Commis Chef in a fast-paced kitchen.
  • At least one year of experience in a similar role.
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills.
  • Willingness to work flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends.
  • A proactive attitude and commitment to high standards.
  • Passion for food, presentation, and continuous learning.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure kitchen environment.
