We are delighted to announce an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic Demi Chef de Partie – Pastry to join the pastry team at a prestigious luxury 5-star hotel in Mayfair.

What's on Offer

  • Salary: £35,000 per annum, 40 hours per week, excellent career progression within a prestigious and dynamic hospitality environment

Key Responsibilities

  • Organise and maintain your designated kitchen section, ensuring it is fully prepared for service.
  • Prepare ingredients and dishes efficiently while minimising food waste and controlling costs.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and hygienic working environment in accordance with food safety regulations and company standards.
  • Prepare dishes consistently to established recipes, ensuring exceptional quality and presentation.
  • Monitor the freshness and quality of ingredients, using only the highest-quality products to deliver an outstanding dining experience for guests.

About You

  • Previous experience working in a 5-star hospitality environment.
  • Basic Food Hygiene qualification.
  • NVQ Level 2 in Food Preparation and Cooking (or equivalent).
  • A strong team player with excellent communication skills.
  • Passionate about pastry and committed to delivering exceptional standards.
