Location: Waldorf Astoria London – Admiralty Arch Opportunity: Pre-opening Team – Highly Anticipated Luxury Hotel
We are seeking an experienced luxury hotelier to join the founding team at Waldorf Astoria London – Admiralty Arch, helping to shape the guest experience at this landmark property.
About the Role
The Hotel: Located at the end of The Mall opposite Buckingham Palace, Waldorf Astoria London – Admiralty Arch will showcase:
- 100 elegant rooms and suites
- 17,500 sqft of private residences
- Two signature restaurants:
- Coreus by Clare Smyth
- Café Boulud by Daniel Boulud (world-renowned Michelin-starred chefs)
- World-class spa & fitness facilities
- Grand event spaces, including a ballroom for up to 320 guests

Responsibilities
As a Demi Chef de Partie, you will contribute to the pre-opening phase, ensuring all aspects of the fine dining and guest experience are executed to the highest standards.
Requirements
- Proven experience working in luxury hotel kitchens
- Passion for exceptional guest service
- Five-star[sic] customer care mindset and world-class service standards (recognised by Forbes)
- Ability to shape operational procedures in a pre-opening environment
