We have over 25 years of bike experience, and our ultimate goal is to sell the best road and mountain bikes in the world while having fun doing it!

ABOUT THE ROLE

To deliver seamless and industry-leading demo events by coordinating all logistics, equipment, and post-event follow-ups, ensuring a high-quality experience for end consumers.

WHAT THE JOB LOOKS LIKE

  • Coordinate demo event logistics by supporting planning and execution of events in collaboration with Commercial Sales Team and Field Marketing Team.
  • Manage demo bike bookings by coordinating the scheduling and tracking of bikes across events.
  • Prepare the demo van ahead of events ensuring it is clean, fully fuelled, and accurately packed with all required stock and equipment.
  • Keep bikes, easy-ups, A-frames, and other gear clean, functional, and event-ready at all times.
  • Perform all maintenance on demo bikes, including lubing chains, replacing tyres, tightening pivots, and any other necessary repairs, including basic suspension servicing. Keep accurate maintenance records.
  • Lead post-event wrap-up: unpack the van, clean and prep bikes, and store equipment properly.
  • Produce post-event reports covering models ridden, demographics, and general event reporting.
  • Follow up with dealers post-demo and hand over to the appropriate sales contact.
  • Support Showroom management (during quiet seasons) by updating the room layout and displays for dealer visits.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
