Demolition Manager
Our company Bradley Demolition offers a complete demolition and asbestos removal service across the UK, predominantly in the Northwest. Our specialist services include: major mechanical demolition, structural openings and propping, soft stripping, site clearance, concrete crushing, asbestos removal and demolition consultancy. Due to continued growth, we are currently looking for a Demolition Manager to join the business. The geographical spread of the company’s activities will require you to work at various locations, as determined by management, as well as reporting to our office in Preston. We can offer competitive rates of pay with benefits dependent on experience.

Requirements
The successful applicant must hold a CCDO Demolition Manager card and have previous experience in this role.
Duties
- Management of site including motivation and supervision of site operatives
- Co-ordinating with the Operations Director, to ensure that they are fully aware of your resource requirements, to enable them to plan movements effectively
- Successful delivery of projects based on client programs
- Liaising with surveyors, engineers, other trades and third party stakeholders
- Implementation of HSQE systems
- Preparation, review and implementation of RAMS
- Keeping proper records in respect of site diaries, time sheets, variations etc.
- Ordering all plant and equipment etc. in a timely manner
