Scottish Dental Care Clinic Manager Opportunity
Scottish Dental Care is excited to be recruiting for a Full-Time Clinic Manager to lead our fantastic team at Oban Dental Clinic.
Our modern 3-surgery practice provides a mix of NHS and private dentistry, and this is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced practice or clinic manager to take ownership of a well-established practice and work alongside a friendly, experienced and supportive team of associates, nurses and reception staff.
What will you be doing?
As Clinic Manager, you’ll play a key role in keeping the practice running smoothly and ensuring our patients receive an excellent experience.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Financial administration – including NHS claims processing and monthly financial reporting
- Patient care – handling feedback and complaints with empathy, professionalism and a solutions-focused approach
- Team leadership – overseeing staffing levels and supporting clinical and non-clinical teams
- Rotas & organisation – managing daily rotas and ensuring the clinic is well staffed
- Communication – leading regular team meetings and creating a positive, efficient working environment

What we're looking for:
- Experience in a clinical practice management role – dental preferred
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
- A proactive, can-do attitude
- A genuine passion for excellent patient care
- The ability to lead, motivate and inspire a team
Hours of work
- Monday: 8:45am – 6:00pm
- Tuesday: 8:45am – 6:00pm
- Wednesday: 8:45am – 7:00pm
- Thursday: 8:45am – 6:00pm
- Friday: 8:45am – 5:00pm
