What you'll be doing

As a Customer Service Advisor, you'll be at the heart of our customer experience. You'll speak with customers every day, helping them understand their cover, answering questions, and processing claims accurately and efficiently.

You'll be trusted to solve problems and deliver excellent service, all while building confidence and trust with our customers.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Handling inbound customer phone calls enquiries with professionalism and empathy.
  • Explaining policy cover and claim decisions clearly and confidently.
  • Processing claims accurately in line with policy terms and company guidelines.
  • Supporting customers to make informed decisions by providing clear, fair, and accurate information.
  • Working closely with colleagues to deliver outstanding customer outcomes.
  • Meeting quality, service, and productivity targets in a regulated environment.

What we're looking for

We're interested in finding people with the right attitude, energy, and communication skills.

You'll be someone who:

  • Loves speaking with people and building rapport over the phone.
  • Has excellent verbal communication skills and a natural customer-first approach.
  • Enjoys solving problems and finding solutions.
  • Is organized, detail-oriented, and able to prioritize tasks.
  • Works well independently and as part of a team.
  • Is comfortable using computer systems and learning new processes.
  • Takes pride in delivering a high-quality service.
