Are you an experienced Field Service Engineer looking for your next opportunity? 👀
We’re growing our Engineering team and are looking for Field Service Engineers with transferable technical skills and field-based experience to support our dental customers across several territories.
📍 We’re currently recruiting for engineers to cover the following areas:
- North London & surrounding areas
- West London & surrounding areas
- Reading / Thames Valley & surrounding areas
- Leeds / West Yorkshire & surrounding areas
Each vacancy is field-based and focused on its own local territory – you won’t be expected to cover all four! You’ll travel to dental practices in and around your allocated area, carrying out a mix of reactive repairs, planned maintenance and equipment installations.
We’ll provide you with a company van 🚐 and full toolkit 🧰, giving you everything you need to get out on the road and deliver a high-quality service to our customers.
Duties & Responsibilities 🔧
- Deliver, install and validate new equipment across your territory.
- Carry out scheduled maintenance and site surveys, advising customers of any additional costs where required.
- Attend equipment breakdowns and see repairs through to completion.
- Provide technical support to customers, office-based colleagues and fellow engineers.
- Accurately record data and complete internal and customer reports via an IT tablet.
- Advise customers on engineering, equipment performance and regulatory compliance.
- Promote equipment sales and contract consolidation opportunities where appropriate.
