Role Description
This is a full-time Dental Field Services Engineer role based in Feering, Essex. The Field Services Engineer will be responsible for providing field service, troubleshooting, technical support, preventive maintenance, and customer service for dental equipment.

Key Responsibilities
- Carry out planned and reactive maintenance on dental equipment
- Install and commission new systems
- Complete accurate service reports and documentation
- Provide technical support and excellent customer service
- Take part in ongoing training and development
About you
- Background in electrical, mechanical, or plumbing trades (apprenticeship or NVQ preferred)
- Experience in dental field preferred
- Logical, hands-on problem solver
- Able to work independently and manage your own schedule
- Good communication and customer-facing skills
- Customer Service experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
