About Us
North Ridge Family & Cosmetic Dentistry is seeking a friendly, compassionate, and motivated Dental Hygienist to join our growing team. If you're passionate about helping patients achieve healthy smiles in a welcoming, modern practice, we'd love to meet you!
Schedule
- Monday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Tuesday/Wednesday/Thursday: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
What You'll Do
As a valued member of our clinical team, you will play an essential role in providing outstanding preventive care and educating patients on lifelong oral health.
Responsibilities include:
- Perform comprehensive oral health assessments and periodontal charting.
- Provide dental cleanings, scaling, root planing, and polishing.
- Take and evaluate digital dental radiographs (X-rays).
- Apply preventive treatments, including fluoride and sealants.
- Educate patients on oral hygiene, nutrition, and disease prevention.
- Maintain accurate patient records and medical histories.
- Assist the dentist during examinations and treatment planning when needed.
- Follow OSHA and CDC infection control and sterilization protocols.
- Stay current with continuing education and dental hygiene best practices.
- Help create a positive, comfortable experience for every patient.

Qualifications
- Current State Dental Hygienist license in good standing.
- Excellent communication and patient education skills.
- Compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality patient care.
