About the Role

Alchemy Dental is looking for an experienced Implant Dental Nurse to work predominantly alongside our Clinical Director and Implant Dentist.

We are specifically looking for a nurse with strong, hands-on implant experience, ideally with at least 3 years working regularly with dental implant cases.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced nurse who wants to develop further within implant dentistry and work with advanced digital implant technology.

We use Nobel Biocare implant systems, X-Guide dynamic 3D navigation, DTX imaging, and R4 dental software.

Previous experience with these systems would be a significant advantage, although training can be provided to the right candidate with strong existing implant experience.

The role will be based predominantly at our Crewe practice, with travel to our Chester practice approximately one day per fortnight. While the primary focus of the role will be implant dentistry, you will also be expected to support the wider clinical team and undertake general dental nursing duties elsewhere within the practice when required.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Chairside assistance during implant surgery and restorative implant procedures
  • Preparing surgeries, equipment, surgical kits, and materials for implant procedures
  • Supporting implant consultations and treatment planning
  • Assisting with digitally guided implant surgery
  • Supporting the use of Nobel Biocare implants and X-Guide dynamic 3D navigation
  • Using DTX imaging and digital implant planning workflows
  • Maintaining accurate clinical records, consent documentation, and implant records
  • Coordinating implant cases and liaising with dental laboratories
  • Supporting patients before, during, and following implant treatment
  • Ensuring implant equipment, instruments, and surgical kits are correctly prepared and maintained
  • Monitoring implant stock and ensuring required components are available ahead of treatment
  • Maintaining excellent infection prevention, decontamination, and clinical standards
  • Ensuring implant clinics are organized and run efficiently
  • Providing general dental nursing support across the practice when required, including covering other clinicians and clinical sessions as needed

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
