Join a fast-growing digital dental laboratory!
At Dental Infinity Laboratory, we're changing the way dentists work with their laboratory through digital technology, high-quality products, and exceptional support. Working closely with our global partner laboratory, Leixir, we're a fast-growing business with big ambitions. We believe great customer relationships are at the heart of everything we do, and we're looking for someone who shares that mindset and wants to be part of the journey.
This isn't a typical customer service role. You'll become a trusted point of contact for our customers, building relationships with dental practices, helping with case enquiries and digital workflows, and developing your technical knowledge along the way. As we continue to expand, you'll have the chance to shape the role, take on new responsibilities and build a long-term career with us.
What you'll be doing
- Supporting our customers by phone, email, WhatsApp and our online portal
- Building lasting relationships with dentists and practice teams
- Helping customers with case enquiries, digital workflows and day-to-day support
- Learning about our products so you can recommend the best solution for each case
- Introducing customers to products and services they may not already be using
- Working closely with our technicians and the wider team to make sure every case runs smoothly
- Supporting new customers as they get started with us
- Listening to customer feedback and helping us continually improve

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
