Join a fast-growing digital dental laboratory!
We are looking for an experienced and organised Dental Laboratory Manager / Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day running of our dental laboratory. This role is responsible for ensuring efficient operations, maintaining high quality standards, supporting departmental teams, and delivering an exceptional experience for our clients.
At Dental Infinity Laboratory, we're changing the way dentists work with their laboratory through digital technology, high-quality products, and exceptional support. Working closely with our global partner laboratory, Leixir, we're a fast-growing business with big ambitions. We're looking for someone who shares that mindset and wants to be part of the journey.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the dental laboratory.
- Oversee workflow planning to ensure cases are delivered on time and to the highest quality.
- Lead, support and develop the logistics, customer service and client technical support teams.
- Monitor productivity, turnaround times and operational performance.
- Ensure compliance with UK dental regulations, quality standards and laboratory procedures.
- Work closely with technicians to optimise workflow and resolve operational issues.
- Implement and improve systems and processes to increase efficiency.
- Manage staffing levels, recruitment, training and performance reviews.
- Build strong relationships with clients and assist in resolving complex customer queries.
- Monitor KPIs and prepare operational reports for senior management.
- Maintain a positive, collaborative and customer-focused working environment.

Skills & Experience
- Previous management experience within a dental laboratory or dental industry advantageous.
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience managing multiple departments and priorities.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Good understanding of dental laboratory workflows and digital dentistry is desirable.
- Proficient with laboratory management software and Microsoft Office.
