Role Overview
At Dental Infinity Laboratory, we're changing the way dentists work with their laboratory through digital technology, high-quality products, and exceptional support. Working closely with our global partner laboratory, Leixir, we're a fast-growing business with big ambitions. We believe great customer relationships are at the heart of everything we do, and we're looking for someone who shares that mindset and wants to be part of the journey.
We are seeking a motivated and personable Dental Laboratory Sales Representative / Field Trainer to grow our client base, strengthen relationships with existing practices, and provide training and technical support on our laboratory services and digital workflows.
We are looking for someone who is able to travel to dental practices nationwide to provide this service, in order to help grow our expanding business.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop new business opportunities with dental practices and clinicians.
- Manage and grow existing client accounts.
- Visit practices to provide product demonstrations, training, and support.
- Educate clients on laboratory workflows, case submission, and digital scanning processes.
- Support the onboarding of new clients.
- Identify client needs and recommend appropriate laboratory solutions.
- Attend dental exhibitions, trade shows, and educational events.
- Work closely with the customer service, technical support, and laboratory teams.
- Achieve agreed sales targets and business development objectives.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and provide regular sales reports.
Skills & Experience
- Experience in dental sales, dental nursing, treatment coordination, or dental laboratory services advantageous.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Confident delivering training to clinicians and practice teams.
- Commercial awareness with a customer-focused approach.
- Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel.
- Knowledge of digital dentistry and intraoral scanners would be advantageous.

Pay: From £40,000.00 per year
