Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Dental Nurse role based in Crowborough. The Dental Nurse will support dentists and other clinicians during examinations and treatments, preparing and maintaining clinical areas and dental instruments.

Day-to-day responsibilities include:
- Assisting with chairside procedures
- Maintaining accurate patient records
- Ensuring high standards of infection control and decontamination
- Providing patients with clear information and reassurance
- Managing appointment flow
- Coordinating with the wider dental team to deliver efficient, safe care
The Dental Nurse is expected to follow relevant clinical guidelines, adhere to practice protocols, and contribute to a positive, inclusive working environment.
Qualifications
- Strong clinical support skills in Dentistry and Dental Care, including chairside assistance and patient preparation.
- Knowledge and application of Infection Control and Decontamination procedures in a clinical setting.
- Experience or interest in Orthodontics, supporting orthodontic assessments and treatments.
- Recognized Dental Nurse qualification and registration (or eligibility for registration) with the appropriate professional body.
- Clear, respectful communication skills and the ability to provide empathetic patient support.
- High attention to detail, adherence to clinical protocols, and commitment to patient safety.
- Ability to work effectively in a team, manage time well, and adapt to changing clinical needs.
- Previous experience in a dental practice and ongoing commitment to professional development are beneficial.
