Role and Responsibilities

We are looking for a registered dental nurse with an additional post qualification in OH/IV.

You will be required to use your post qualification to benefit the needs of our service users.

As a band 5 registered dental nurse for HCT you will be responsible for supporting the dental team to ensure the service user's needs are met through high quality dental care. As a specialist service for patients with additional needs you will offer a patient-centered approach.

Proposed interview date: 23rd October 2026*

HCT will prioritize recruitment of workers living in England under the new immigration rules for care workers effective from 9 April 2025. Employers must first prove that they have attempted to recruit a worker from within England who needs new sponsorship. This ensures that those who came to the UK to pursue a career in adult social care can do so.

You will be expected to maintain high standards of clinical work while assisting both the dentist during routine clinical appointments and nurse-led clinics, we offer a high level of care for our cohort group.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
