Role Description

The Dental Nurse will support dentists and specialists in delivering safe, efficient, and high-quality clinical care in our London practice. Day-to-day responsibilities include:

  • Maintaining accurate patient records
  • Ensuring effective sterilization and infection control in line with clinical guidelines

The role also involves:

  • Reassuring and supporting patients throughout their appointments
  • Managing chairside instruments and materials
  • Helping coordinate appointments and lab work as needed

This is a full-time, on-site position based in London, working closely with the clinical team to uphold the practice’s standards of patient care, safety, and professionalism.

Qualifications

  • Strong foundation in Dentistry and Dental Care, with experience supporting a range of clinical procedures.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of Infection Control and Decontamination practices, including instrument sterilization and cross-contamination prevention.
  • Experience or interest in Orthodontics and related chairside support.
  • Recognized dental nursing qualification (e.g., NEBDN or equivalent) and registration or eligibility to register with the appropriate professional body (such as the GDC).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a patient-centered approach and the ability to work effectively in a team.
  • Strong attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to follow clinical protocols and health and safety standards.
  • Previous experience in a modern dental or aesthetic practice is beneficial; ongoing commitment to professional development is encouraged.
