Part-Time and Full Time Dental Nurses – Gloucester

Location: Quayside Dental Centre, Quayside House, Quay Street, Gloucester, GL1 2TZ

Salary: Competitive Salary as part of our Innovative Dental Nurse Career Pathway: From £ 29120.00* per annum, pro rata

From the moment they join Smile Together, Dental Nurses will have the opportunity to begin working towards additional qualifications and enhanced skills as part of our vision to build a strong multidisciplinary team within the practice, with further qualifications and experience supporting progression within the salary range.

About the Role

Join Smile Together, a growing, forward-thinking dental company, as we expand into Gloucester with a brand-new, purpose-built clinic designed to improve access to NHS dentistry for the local community. This is a unique opportunity to be part of an exciting new clinic from the very beginning.

We are looking for caring, motivated Dental Nurses to join our friendly, patient-focused team. You will provide high-quality clinical support to our dentists and dental therapists while helping deliver exceptional patient care.

Innovative Dental Nurse Career Pathway:

What You’ll Do

  • Provide high-quality clinical support to our dentists and therapists while helping deliver exceptional patient care
  • Maintain high standards of infection control and ensure surgeries are prepared and cleaned efficiently.
  • Support the delivery of emergency and routine care, including special care and paediatric sessions.
  • Work as part of a multidisciplinary team delivering care across practice and community settings.
  • Engage with patients compassionately, helping to reduce anxiety and ensure they feel welcomed and supported.
  • Assist with administrative tasks including record-keeping, stock control, and patient preparation.

What We’re Looking For:

  • GDC-registered Dental Nurse.
  • A friendly, positive, and professional attitude with a passion for patient care.
  • Strong teamwork skills and the ability to adapt within a dynamic clinical environment.
  • Commitment to ongoing development and maintaining high clinical standards.
  • Enthusiasm for Smile Together’s mission of improving oral health and reducing inequalities within local communities
