Dental Nurse / Receptionist | Bedale Dental Practice | Up to 37.25 Hours per Week
Love both patient care and customer service? Why choose one when you can enjoy both?
We're looking for a Dental Nurse/Receptionist to join our friendly, supportive team at Bedale Dental Practice. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys the variety of working both chairside and front of house while becoming part of a close-knit team that genuinely enjoys coming to work.
If you're a qualified Dental Nurse who loves building relationships with patients just as much as supporting clinicians, this could be the perfect role for you.
Ideally, we're looking for someone who can work:
- Monday to Wednesday - Dental Nursing
- Thursday and Friday - Reception
However, if you're only looking for a part-time Dental Nursing role (Monday to Wednesday), we'd still love to hear from you.
Why Join Bedale Dental Practice?
We're a modern five-surgery practice with a dedicated hygiene suite, using Exact software and providing a wide range of treatments including general dentistry, dental implants, orthodontics and endodontics. With a new dentist joining the team soon, it's an exciting time to become part of our growing practice.
We're passionate about investing in our people. In fact, all of our Dental Nurses are currently undertaking implant training, and we actively support funded postgraduate courses and ongoing career development.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
