The Role
We are now hiring a Patient Concierge/Dental Treatment Coordinator whose primary strength is converting inbound enquiries into booked consultations and high-value treatment plans.
This Role Is For You If:
- You are excellent on the phone and understand how tone, structure, and listening impact conversion
- You enjoy guiding patients through decisions — not “selling”, but helping them move forward confidently
- You are organised, proactive, and relentless with follow-up
- You like clear KPIs, ownership, and measurable results

You will own the journey from first enquiry → booked consultation → treatment acceptance.

📞 Inbound Enquiries & Call Quality
- Handle inbound calls and enquiries promptly and professionally
- Deliver high-quality, structured conversations that build trust
- Understand patient motivations, concerns, and goals
- Ensure every interaction reflects the Mint Dental Clinic standard

🔁 Lead Management & Follow-Up
- Manage all inbound enquiries across phone, email, and online channels
- Proactively follow up with unbooked or undecided patients
- Ensure no enquiry is lost or ignored
- Maintain accurate records and follow-up timelines
🦷 Treatment Coordination & Conversion
- Guide patients through consultations and proposed treatments
- Support acceptance of higher-value treatments (cosmetic, restorative, implant-led)
- Coordinate diaries while protecting clinical time and quality
- Act as a trusted point of contact between patients and clinicians
📊 KPIs, Tracking & Accountability
- Track and report on:
- Inbound enquiry volume
- Booking conversion rates
- Follow-up success
- DNA / cancellation rates
- Take ownership of results and continuously improve performance
Salary (dependent on experience)
- Performance related bonuses linked to:
- Booked consultations
- Conversion rates
- Treatment acceptance
- Clear targets, transparent tracking, and regular reviews

What We’re Looking For
Essential
- Experience as a Treatment Coordinator, Patient Advisor, Admissions Manager, or similar role
- Exceptional phone communication skills
- Confidence discussing treatment options, fees, and next steps
- Strong organisation and follow-up discipline
- Comfort working with KPIs and targets
Desirable
- Background in private dentistry, private healthcare, or aesthetics
- Experience converting high-value treatment plans
- Familiarity with dental software / CRM systems

- Not a passive admin position
- Not suitable if you dislike targets or follow-up
