Practice Manager | Apolline Dental | Chingford, London

Apolline Dental is looking for an inspiring Practice Manager to lead our established, fully private practice in Chingford. With over 60 years of trusted care, an outstanding local reputation and a loyal patient base, you'll be joining a practice that's already thriving, supported by a talented team and the wider Envisage Dental group.

The opportunity
This is a true leadership role where you'll have the freedom to make a real impact.
- You'll lead the day-to-day success of the practice, inspire your team, drive business performance and help deliver an exceptional patient experience.
- Along the way, you'll have the opportunity to shape local marketing activity, improve patient journeys, analyse business performance and support the continued growth of an already successful practice.
- With the support of Envisage Dental's specialist teams in Finance, Marketing, HR and Recruitment, you'll have everything you need to focus on leading your practice and developing your career.

What You'll Bring

We're looking for someone who enjoys leading people, developing high-performing teams and creating exceptional patient experiences.
- You'll be a confident communicator with strong commercial awareness, a passion for coaching others and the ability to balance operational excellence with outstanding patient care.
- Experience managing a dental practice is an advantage, but we're equally interested in experienced leaders with transferable management skills who are ready for their next challenge.
