Dental Practice Manager

An opportunity has arisen for a Dental Practice Manager to join an established dental practice, responsible for overseeing day-to-day practice operations, supporting staff, and maintaining high standards of patient service.

As a Dental Practice Manager, you will lead the practice team, manage operational performance, and support the commercial and administrative running of the practice.

This role offers a salary of GBP 40,000 (negotiable) and benefits. This role does not offer sponsorship.

You Will Be Responsible For

  • Managing the daily administrative and operational activities of the practice.
  • Leading, supporting, and developing the wider practice team.
  • Assisting with recruitment, training, and staff performance.
  • Managing employee matters, including absence, performance concerns, and team development.
  • Overseeing practice-level financial performance, including budgets, costs, and revenue.

What We Are Looking For

  • Previously worked as a Dental Practice Manager, Practice Manager, Clinical Manager, Operations Manager, or in a similar role.
  • Experience in dental practice management.
  • Background in managing both NHS and private dentistry.
  • Experience managing UDA/UOA activity and supporting private revenue growth.
  • Strong understanding of HR practices, including employee relations and compliance.
  • Knowledge of KPIs, financial performance, cost control, and revenue management.
  • Track record in leading and developing teams.

Shift

  • Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week
  • 1 in 4 Saturdays (a day off in the week)
