DENTAL PRACTICE MANAGER, DUNDONALD & LISBURN
Multi-Site Leadership Opportunity
Full-Time
£33,000-£35,000 + DOE
Are you an experienced Dental Practice Manager looking for your next challenge, with the opportunity to take on greater responsibility and make a real impact?
We are looking for a confident, organised and commercially aware Dental Practice Manager to lead our practices in Dundonald and Lisburn, Belfast, BT16.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys leading teams, improving patient experience and helping a practice grow. You will have responsibility across two established practices, working closely with the Principal Dentists and wider team.
THE ROLE
You will play a key role in the day-to-day management, team leadership and continued growth of the practices.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Leading, supporting and motivating the dental team
- Overseeing the smooth day-to-day running of both practices
- Managing HR, finance, accounts and practice administration
- Ensuring RQIA compliance and NHS requirements are maintained
- Supporting clinicians to maximise surgery performance and patient care
- Monitoring practice performance and identifying opportunities for growth
- Working with the marketing team to attract new patients and develop existing services
- Supporting training, development and performance across the team
- Managing and improving the patient journey and overall patient experience
- Building the practices' reputation within the local community, including Google Reviews and social media

What We Offer
- £33,000-£35,000+ salary, depending on experience
- Performance-related bonus linked to practice targets
- Full-time, 40 hours per week, Monday-Friday

About You
We are looking for someone who:
- Has previous Dental Practice Management experience or strong experience within a dental management role
- Is confident leading and developing teams
- Has good commercial and financial awareness
- Is organised, proactive and able to manage competing priorities
- Has excellent communication and people-management skills
- Understands the importance of compliance, patient care and practice performance
- Is ambitious and wants to play an active role in the continued growth of the practices
