Role Description
The Dental Receptionist is a part-time, on-site role located at Park Dental Studio in Skegness. This role involves:

Daily tasks include:
- Scheduling and confirming appointments
- Updating patient records
- Handling phone and in-person inquiries
- Coordinating with dental care professionals to support smooth clinical workflows
The Dental Receptionist also:
- Processes payments
- Assists with basic administrative tasks
- Ensures that patient information is handled accurately and confidentially
The role requires consistent professionalism, clear communication, and a strong focus on patient service.
Qualifications
- Ability to perform Receptionist Duties, including greeting patients, managing check-in/out, and maintaining an organized front desk.
- Strong Appointment Scheduling skills to coordinate patient bookings, confirmations, and changes efficiently.
- Professional Phone Etiquette and Communication skills for handling calls, inquiries, and patient interactions clearly and courteously.
- Basic understanding of Dental Care workflows to support coordination with dental professionals and patient needs.
- Attention to detail, reliability, and ability to manage multiple tasks in a busy environment.
- Comfort with using practice management or scheduling software; basic computer literacy (email, spreadsheets, data entry).
- Prior experience in a dental or medical reception role is preferred but not required.
