About The Role
As a Dental Receptionist, you’ll be an important part of the patient journey, providing a warm and welcoming experience from the moment patients contact or arrive at the practice.
You’ll be responsible for managing appointments, answering calls and enquiries, welcoming patients and supporting the smooth day-to-day running of the reception area.
You’ll work closely with our friendly clinical and administrative teams, helping to ensure patients receive a high level of service and that the practice runs efficiently.

Working Hours
This is a full-time, permanent position with no weekend working.
- Monday-Thursday: 8:15am-5:15pm
- Friday: 8:15am-2:15pm
What We’re Looking For
We’re looking for someone who is:
- Experienced within a dental reception or dental practice environment (preferred but not essential)
- Friendly, approachable and confident when dealing with patients
- Professional with excellent communication and customer service skills
- Organised, reliable and able to manage a busy reception
- Confident answering telephone calls and handling patient enquiries
- Comfortable managing appointments and supporting the administrative side of the practice
- A strong team player who enjoys working collaboratively
- Caring and passionate about providing an excellent patient experience
- Proactive and keen to contribute positively to the practice
