At St Anne's Dental Practice, we are looking for a Dental Receptionist to join our friendly team within our established four-surgery private practice.
We’re looking for someone with a great personality, a positive attitude and a genuine passion for providing excellent customer service. If you’re a people person who enjoys making patients feel welcome and working as part of a close knit team, we’d love to hear from you.
Full training will be provided for the right person, including training on our SOE practice management software.
Working Hours
- Monday: 8:00am-5:15pm, with 1 hour unpaid lunch
- Friday: 8:00am-4:15pm, with 30-minute unpaid lunch
- Total: 16 hours per week
About The Role
As a Dental Receptionist, you’ll be an important part of the patient journey and the first point of contact for many of our patients.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Welcoming patients and creating a friendly, professional first impression
- Answering telephone calls and responding to patient enquiries
- Booking and managing appointments
- Taking payments and handling general reception duties
- Supporting the smooth running of the practice
- Liaising with the clinical team and other members of the practice
- Maintaining accurate patient records and information
- Using SOE to manage appointments and patient details
- Helping to create a positive experience for every patient

Previous dental experience would be advantageous, although not essential. If you have experience in retail, hospitality, customer service, administration or another people-focused role, we would be very interested in hearing from you.
Location & Travel
St Anne's Dental Practice is conveniently located with free on-street parking available nearby.
The practice also has excellent public transport links, with bus stops and the train station both within approximately 10 minutes of the practice, making it easily accessible for those travelling by public transport.
