Are you friendly, organised and passionate about creating a great experience for patients?
We’re looking for a Full-Time Dental Receptionist to join our fantastic team at Culloden Dental Clinic.
As the first point of contact for our patients, you’ll play an important part in making everyone feel welcome and ensuring the practice runs smoothly. You’ll be joining a busy, friendly and supportive team where excellent patient care is at the heart of everything we do.
About Us
We are mixed NHS practice and a fantastic team of experienced clinicians, nurses, and reception staff. We pride ourselves on creating a friendly, welcoming environment where patients feel at ease from the moment they walk through our doors.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Greeting Patients
- Managing and booking appointments
- Handling telephone and email enquiries
- Processing payments
- Supporting the clinical team with day-to-day administration
- Creating a positive experience for every patient visiting the practice

About You
Previous dental reception experience would be highly advantageous; however, we would also welcome applications from candidates with experience in front-of-house, hospitality, customer service, healthcare reception, or similar client-facing roles.
Most importantly, you will be someone who enjoys helping people, can put patients at ease, and thrives in a busy environment. Excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a team-focused approach are essential.
