Job Overview

Secretary / Receptionist

Band 3

NORTH WALES COMMUNITY DENTAL SERVICE

Based at Ty Nerys, Glan Clwyd Hospital.

Full Time - 37½ hours

PERMANENT

The postholder will provide a Secretarial / Receptionist service to the department, being the first point of contact for visitors and patients to the service. This can involve dealing with sensitive and potentially difficult / stressful situations in a calm and sensitive manner. The post also requires providing secretarial / administrative support to the CDS Administration team

Welsh is essential for this role, excellent organisational skills and IT skills as well as working to deadlines are essential qualities for this role.

The postholder will be an important part of a Multidisciplinary team and will provide comprehensive secretarial /administrative and clerical support to North Wales Community Service.

Essential criteria

Able to demonstrate English and Mathematical skills RSA Stage 2 or equivalent NVQ 3 in Administration/Information Technology
