NORTH WALES COMMUNITY DENTAL SERVICE
Based at the Wrexham Dental Centre
Full Time - 37.5 hours
PERMANENT
North Wales Community Dental Service is currently seeking to appoint a Secretary / Receptionist in the Wrexham Dental Centre.
The postholder will provide a Secretarial / Receptionist service to the Dental Centre, being the first point of contact for visitors and patients to the service. This can involve dealing with sensitive and potentially difficult / stressful situations in a calm and sensitive manner. The post also requires providing secretarial / administrative support to the CDS Administration team.
Welsh is essential for this role, excellent organisational skills and IT skills as well as working to deadlines are essential qualities for this role.

Main duties of the job
- Working with the North Wales Community Dental Services.
- Working closely with and providing support to qualified staff in order to ensure the smooth running of clinics ensuring safe patient focused care at all times.

Essential criteria
- Able to demonstrate English and Mathematical skills RSA Stage 2 or equivalent NVQ 3 in Administration/Information Technology
