Dental Receptionist & Treatment Coordinator
Job Title: Dental Receptionist & Treatment Coordinator
Location: Dentopedia Group Clinics
Schedule: Monday – Friday & possible Weekends
Job Type: Full-Time
Salary: £14 - £15 per hour, depending on experience. Plus, attractive commission based on treatment plan sales.

Key Responsibilities
- Welcome patients and provide a warm, professional reception experience.
- Manage front-desk operations and maintain an organised reception area.
- Answer calls, WhatsApp messages, emails and online enquiries.
- Book, amend and manage appointments and optimise clinic diaries.
- Handle patient queries regarding appointments, treatment and fees.
- Conduct non-clinical treatment coordination consultations.
- Explain treatment options, fees and finance options clearly.
- Build strong relationships with patients and support treatment acceptance.
- Follow up outstanding treatment plans and enquiries.
- Coordinate patient treatment journeys with dentists and nurses.
- Maintain accurate patient records and treatment plan information.
- Process payments and support end-of-day reconciliation.
- Support patient retention, diary optimisation and clinic performance.
- Maintain confidentiality and comply with GDPR and Dentopedia procedures.

What We’re Looking For
- Experienced in dental reception, treatment coordination, healthcare, sales or a similar customer-facing role.
- Confident, friendly and professional with excellent communication skills.
- Comfortable discussing treatment costs and finance options.
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail and follow-up skills.
- Commercially aware while remaining ethical and patient-focused.
- Confident using computers, dental software and digital communication platforms.
- Calm and professional in a busy environment.
- Reliable, punctual and well-presented.

Essential Requirements
- Right to work in the UK.
- Excellent spoken and written English.
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
- Professional telephone and face-to-face manner.
- Good computer literacy.
- Able to work Monday to Friday and weekends by mutual agreement.
