Summary
We at Synergy Dental are seeking a dynamic Dental Sales Executive to join our team and drive sales within the dental industry. This role is pivotal in expanding our customer base and enhancing customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will leverage their sales acumen and customer service expertise to build strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
Responsibilities
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with dental professionals and clients to drive sales growth.
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the dental sector.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Collaborate with the finance team to manage sales commissions and financial transactions.
- Analyze market trends and customer feedback to inform sales strategies and improve service offerings.

Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience in sales, preferably within the dental or healthcare industry.
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets and driving customer retention.
- Strong understanding of sales commissions and financial transactions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused approach.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve business objectives.
- Proficiency in customer service and relationship management.
