Territory Sales Representative – Dental Implants | Dental Technicians Welcome

Greater London | Field Based

Are you a Dental Technician looking to move into sales? Or are you already selling into dental practices and ready for your next challenge?

The UK dental implant market is one of the fastest-growing sectors within healthcare, and our client, a globally recognised dental implant manufacturer, is investing in Greater London.

We're looking for commercially minded individuals who enjoy building relationships and want to make a genuine impact. Whether you're an experienced dental sales professional, currently selling into dental practices, or a Dental Technician looking to take your clinical knowledge into a rewarding commercial career, this is an exceptional opportunity to join a premium global brand.

You'll receive comprehensive product and sales training, represent an innovative, clinically respected implant portfolio, and enjoy genuine autonomy to develop your own territory while building long-term partnerships with dentists, implantologists and referral centres.

The Package

  • Basic salary up to £55,000, depending on experience
  • Uncapped commission and performance bonus with realistic OTE of £80,000–£100,000+
  • Company car or car allowance

You'll work closely with private dental practices, implant clinicians, referral centres and key opinion leaders, helping them adopt premium implant solutions backed by outstanding clinical evidence and innovation.

Success comes from building trusted relationships, understanding your customers' needs and providing consultative solutions rather than competing on price.

Whether you're moving from a technical dental background or already have experience selling into dental practices, you'll receive all the support and training needed to become a successful Territory Sales Representative.

The Territory

This field-based role covers Greater London, including Central London and the surrounding boroughs.

You'll be responsible for developing new business opportunities while growing relationships with existing customers throughout your territory. Because this is a relationship-driven role, applicants should live within Greater London or the surrounding area.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop new business across your designated territory.
  • Build long-term relationships with dentists, implantologists, practice owners and laboratory professionals.
  • Introduce and promote a premium dental implant portfolio.
  • Identify opportunities to increase product adoption and market share.
  • Deliver product presentations, demonstrations and educational support.
  • Plan and manage your own diary to maximise territory performance.
  • Attend industry exhibitions, educational events and customer meetings.
  • Achieve and exceed sales objectives through consultative, value-based selling.

  • Dental Technicians looking to move into a rewarding commercial sales career.
  • Sales Representatives currently selling into dental practices.
  • Dental consumables, equipment or digital dentistry sales professionals.
  • Orthodontic or implant sales representatives.
  • Medical or healthcare sales professionals who enjoy consultative selling.
  • Experienced Territory Sales Representatives with a proven record of winning new business.

What We're Looking For

  • Based within Greater London or the surrounding area.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Commercially minded with a proactive, self-motivated approach.
  • A genuine desire to develop new business and build long-term customer relationships.
  • Professional, organised and resilient.
  • Full UK driving licence.
  • Dental implant experience would be advantageous but is not essential.
  • Full product and sales training will be provided for the right individual.
