Company Description

Dental Therapy Mosspark is a patient-focused dental practice serving individuals and families in the Greater Glasgow Area. The practice is committed to providing high-quality general and preventive dental care in a welcoming, professional environment. Dental Therapy Mosspark emphasises clear communication, evidence-based treatment, and a strong focus on oral health education. Team members collaborate closely to deliver safe, efficient, and compassionate care to a diverse patient community.

Role Description

The Dentist will provide comprehensive NHS and Private clinical care, including examinations, diagnosis, treatment planning, restorations, extractions, and preventive services. Daily responsibilities include:

  • Performing routine check-ups
  • Delivering patient-centered treatments
  • Managing emergency dental issues
  • Maintaining accurate clinical records

This is a part-time, on-site role based in the Greater Glasgow Area.

Qualifications

  • Recognised dental degree and full GDC registration and PVG
  • Proficiency in general dentistry, including diagnostics, restorative treatments, preventive care, and basic oral surgery.
  • Strong clinical judgment, attention to detail, and adherence to evidence-based practice and infection control standards.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain treatment options clearly and build trust with patients from diverse backgrounds.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary dental team and contribute to a supportive, respectful workplace culture.
  • Competence in using dental practice management and digital record systems, exact/dentally, with accurate documentation and time management skills.
  • Commitment to continuous professional development, staying current with advances in dentistry and local clinical guidelines.
  • Experience in community or family dentistry and familiarity with the Greater Glasgow Area patient demographic is beneficial.
