Croxteth Dental Centre is looking for an experienced Dental Receptionist to join our friendly and supportive team at our established 8-surgery dental practice in Croxteth, Liverpool.
This is an excellent opportunity for a confident and organised receptionist who enjoys working in a busy dental environment and delivering a high standard of patient care.
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience working as a Dental Receptionist within a dental practice.
- Ideally, at least 1 year's dental reception experience.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Confident dealing with patients both face-to-face and over the telephone.
- Organised, professional and able to work effectively in a busy environment.
- Experience using dental practice software would be an advantage.
- A good understanding of dental treatments, appointments and patient journeys.

Your Role
- Welcoming patients and providing a friendly, professional first point of contact.
- Managing appointments, recalls and patient enquiries.
- Answering telephone calls and responding to patient queries.
- Taking payments and maintaining accurate patient records.
- Liaising with clinicians and the wider practice team.
- Supporting the smooth day-to-day running of the reception area.
- Providing an excellent patient experience at every stage of their visit.
