Dental Receptionist/Treatment Coordinator (Full-Time)
Location: Croxteth, Liverpool, L11 4SH
Worsley Dental Centre is looking for an experienced Dental Receptionist/Treatment Coordinator (TCO) to join our friendly private practice.
This is a full-time position, with hours and days to be discussed at interview. Salary is dependent on experience (DOE).
What we're looking for:
- Minimum 1 year's experience working as a Dental Receptionist & Treatment Coordinator (TCO).
- Confident discussing treatment plans, finance options and converting enquiries into appointments.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Organised, proactive and able to work in a busy environment.
- Experience with dental software and social media is an advantage.

- Welcoming patients and managing appointments.
