As a Sales Consultant, you’ll be the face of our clinic and guide prospective patients on their journey to a new smile. After the initial medical consultation, you’ll present personalised treatment plans, advise on financing options, and confidently guide our patients through the decision-making process—with the goal of inspiring them to choose treatment with us.

Responsibilities
- You are the face of our clinic and ensure that our patients receive a professional and warm welcome.
- You present personalised treatment plans and explain our services, as well as financing and payment options, in a clear and convincing manner.
- You guide prospective patients from the initial consultation through to the final decision to proceed, creating a first-class consultation experience.
- You confidently address objections and find personalised solutions to help patients make their decisions.
- Your goal is to achieve the highest possible closing rate—ideally on the very first appointment.
- You actively follow up with prospective clients, nurture your sales pipeline, and consistently follow up via phone and email.
- You respond to inquiries promptly, professionally, and with a focus on service.
- You work closely with our medical teams and headquarters to provide our patients with the best possible service.
- You build long-term, trusting relationships and ensure that our patients feel well cared for at all times.
- You work independently, stay focused on your goals, and strive for excellence every day.

Profile
- At least 2 years of sales experience, ideally in a performance-driven sales role.
- A passion for consultative selling and a confident, personable demeanor.
- Strong communication and closing skills, as well as a passion for inspiring others.
- Experience in professionally handling objections and successfully guiding customers through the purchasing decision-making process.
- High level of self-motivation, goal orientation, and the ambition to achieve outstanding results.
- A structured, independent, and responsible work style.
- Fluent in English; Spanish language speaking skills are a preference.
- A valid work permit for the USA.
