We are looking for an ambitious clinician to join our growing private orthodontic service at Wellingborough Dental & Implant Clinic.

This opportunity is open to either a General Dentist with a Special Interest in Fixed Orthodontics, a Dentist with recognised postgraduate orthodontic training, or a Specialist Orthodontist.

The role will primarily focus on comprehensive fixed brace treatment, with Invisalign forming a smaller part of the caseload.

You will be joining an established private practice with a strong reputation, excellent clinical support, dedicated Treatment Coordinators, and a multidisciplinary team committed to delivering exceptional patient care.

This is an excellent opportunity to build and grow a thriving orthodontic list with support from an experienced referral network and ongoing investment in marketing.

  • Carry out comprehensive orthodontic consultations and treatment planning
  • Provide Invisalign treatment where clinically appropriate
  • Work alongside dedicated Treatment Coordinators to improve patient understanding and case acceptance
  • Accept internal referrals from our team of general dentists
  • Collaborate with in-house clinicians for multidisciplinary treatment planning
  • Deliver an exceptional patient experience throughout every stage of treatment
  • Help develop and grow our orthodontic service

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
