Associate Dentist Opportunity in Evesham
Active Smiles in Evesham is looking for a motivated Associate Dentist to join our friendly, modern practice.
This is a great opportunity to take over an established patient list, with three days offering immediate patient demand and a fourth day available to build through new patients, emergency appointments and continued practice growth.
With a predominantly private patient base, modern technology and a supportive clinical team, this role offers excellent potential for a dentist looking to develop their patient list and earning opportunities.
About The Role
- 3-4 days per week, with potential to increase to 5 days in the future.
- Schedule:
- Tuesday: 9am-6pm
- Wednesday: 9am-6pm
- Thursday: 9am-6pm
- Friday: 9am-2pm
- January 2027 start date
- Predominantly private dentistry.
- Existing plan patients, with no requirement to take on new plan patients.
- Small NHS commitment, up to approximately 10%, focused on children.

Remuneration
- 45% Associate fee
- 50% laboratory split

The previous clinician generated approximately £25,000 per month, demonstrating the earning potential available within the practice and patient base.

What We're Looking For
We're looking for a GDC-registered Dentist who is patient-focused, reliable and confident providing high-quality general dentistry.
As the role includes a small NHS commitment for children, the successful candidate will need an active NHS Performer Number for England.
We're looking for someone who enjoys building long-term patient relationships, takes pride in delivering excellent clinical care and wants to become a valued member of the Active Smiles team.
