Department Manager – Harrods Collection Womenswear
We are seeking an experienced and inspirational Department Manager to lead our Womenswear Collection business at Harrods. This role is responsible for driving sales performance, delivering an exceptional luxury client experience, and developing a high-performing team.
Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of luxury retail professionals.
- Drive sales, productivity, and KPI performance.
- Deliver world-class hosting and personalized client experiences.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with VIP and loyal clients.
- Ensure exceptional visual, operational, and service standards.
- Act as a brand ambassador and role model on the shop floor.
- Demonstrate flexibility to support business needs, events, and peak trading periods.
